Shipping

All orders will be processed within 5 business days upon payment approval, excluding holidays.
Shipping rate: €9 within the Netherlands – Europe €12,50 – World €19,30
All orders will be shipped with a tracking code with an option for an additional insurance.
Your order may incur additional duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery.
This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received.

Returns & Refunds

Oval Seas handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with The Consumer Protection Legislation of the Netherlands.

Items must be returned within 14 days from the day the parcel is received.
All items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Any return that does not meet these criteria will have their refund denied.
Please note that shipping fees are nonrefundable.
